You send a note
The current site, a rough description of the business, and what you want to be different. Two paragraphs is enough. If you have a brief or an RFP, send that instead.
We look before we reply
Someone actually opens your site, runs it through a technical check and looks at what you rank for today. That takes an hour or two, which is why the reply is worth reading.
A written answer on scope and budget
Which package fits, what it would include, roughly how long, and what we would do first. In writing, so you can forward it internally without translating it.
A call only if it helps
If the written answer covers it, you do not need a meeting. If it does not, we book thirty minutes with the people who would build the thing.

Before you write
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, and usually the same day if you write in the morning Eastern time. That reply comes from the person who would run the project, not from an assistant or an autoresponder. If you have not heard back in two business days, something has gone wrong with the message, so call (216) 394-9688.
Do I need to know my budget before contacting you?
No. Our packages are published, which is unusual in this industry and deliberate: $2,000 for a one day build, $6,000 for a semi custom site, $12,000 for a fully custom build, and a quote for anything larger. Most people can tell from those numbers roughly where they sit. If you are not sure, say so and we will tell you which tier the work actually needs.
Will I get a sales call?
Only if you ask for one. The default is a written answer on scope, timing and budget that you can read and forward. There is no sequence of follow-up emails, no CRM nurture track, and nobody chasing you at the end of a quarter.
Do you work with businesses outside Cleveland?
Yes. The studio works out of Cleveland, Ohio and New York City, and takes clients across Ohio and nationally. Local search work is geographic by nature, so if you are in another metro we build the local footprint for that market rather than assuming Cleveland experience transfers. Can you take over a project someone else started?
Often, yes. We will look at what exists, tell you honestly whether it is worth continuing or cheaper to rebuild, and say so even when rebuilding is the smaller invoice. We take over neglected WordPress sites regularly, including sites that have been hacked or abandoned by a previous developer.
Do you do search work without building the site?
Yes. Search and content retainers are separate from any build and can run on a site we did not make, provided the site is not actively undoing the work. If it is, we will tell you that before taking the retainer rather than six months into it. Start at SEO services in Cleveland.
